I would but that would be copyright infringement… It’s the sandwich loaf in that Peter Reinhart book. That is J’s favorite but I love the featherpuff bread in the Laurel kitchen book, also because it contains cottage cheese and eggs so it’s really high protein as well as fiber. Perfect for breakfast toast or cinnamon rolls…
